A paint job is only as good as the wall under it: cracks filled, damp patches dried, then painted. Furniture covered, doors and windows masked; you come home to fresh walls, not dust.

A socket wherever you need one, and no more extension leads. Rewiring and consumer-unit work is carried out by our contracted, licensed electrical contractor, who also handles any paperwork with the electricity authority.

Full Apartment Renovation

Price, timing and the crew
How is the price worked out?
Price depends on the size of the space, the list of jobs, the grade of materials you choose and the current condition of the property (damp, old plaster, age of the plumbing). That is why we do not quote over the phone: we survey on site and send an itemised written quote.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the scope. Repainting one room and renovating a whole apartment are not on the same timetable. After the survey you receive a work plan and an estimated duration in writing, together with the quote.
Who does the electrical work?
Under TRNC regulations electrical installations must be carried out by a licensed electrical contractor. We work with a contracted, licensed electrical contractor, who also handles any paperwork with the electricity authority. You still deal with one company: Dev/Soy.
I'm not in Cyprus. Can you manage the job while I'm abroad?
Yes. Many of our clients own property here but live abroad. We communicate in English, send photos from the site every working day on WhatsApp, and hand over with a full report.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Nicosia (Lefkoşa); surveys and start dates are quickest in Nicosia and Gönyeli. We also work in Kyrenia, Alsancak and Çatalköy, and in Famagusta and Iskele. Elsewhere in the TRNC we look at each job individually.
Do you prepare a property for the next tenant?
Yes. Touch-up or full repaint, holes and cracks filled, handles, hinges and silicone renewed, taps, cisterns, showers and drains tested, sockets, switches and lighting checked, mould removed and a full clean before handover: all planned from one survey and billed on one invoice.
